Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kore Tires. To ensure the safety of all our customers and maintain the highest quality standards, please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Returns (Refunds)
Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Because tires are safety-critical components, we cannot verify the integrity of a tire once it has left our possession; therefore, we do not accept returns for a refund.
2. Exchanges (Within 7 Days)
We understand that sometimes plans change. We offer a 7-day exchange period from the date of purchase/delivery under the following strict conditions:

Condition: Tires must be in brand-new, unmounted, and unused condition. Any tire that has been mounted on a rim or driven on is ineligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number must be provided.

Inventory: Exchanges are subject to local stock availability. If the new tires are of higher value, the customer must pay the difference. If they are of lower value, the difference will be issued as a Store Credit (no cash refunds).
3. Exchange Shipping & Handling

Local Customers: Please visit our Calgary location for exchanges to avoid shipping fees.

Online Orders: Customers are responsible for all two-way shipping costs associated with the exchange. A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and inspection.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a tire with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at (403) 501-4758 or koretires.calgary@gmail.com. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue under their specific warranty guidelines.
